The Jets loss to Baltimore was a tough one for the Jets Nation to take, but people shouldn’t lose sight of one thing – it was a loss to a very good team by one point.
And considering the Jets had 14 penalties, it’s pretty impressive to lose to a team like that by one point.
Remember, this is the team that beat the stuffing out of New England in the playoffs last year. While it’s not exactly the same team because of some roster changes, it’s pretty darn close.
“I don’t think we’re giving enough credit to the opponent,” Rex Ryan said earlier in the week. “[Baltimore] had a lot to do with the fact that struggled. That is a good football team. You lose by one to a good football team, that happens.”
