Bengals Front Seven an enormous challenge

The Jets’ offensive line (along with their tight ends and running backs) will have their hands full dealing with a potent Cincinnati Bengals front seven.

The Bengals’ defensive line is loaded.

“Oh man, they’re tough, there’s no question – it’s an outstanding group,” Rex Ryan said on Friday. “The kid (Geno) Atkins (is) a good football player inside. And then you’ve got (Michael) Johnson and you’ve got (Carlos) Dunlap as your defensive ends. Those guys are really good players and (Domata) Peko is a good player inside. It’s definitely going to be a big challenge for us.”

And the Bengals have one of the most underrated middle linebackers in the league.

“[Vontaze Burfict] is a good inside linebacker,” Ryan said. “I think he’s got instincts, he’s a good hitter. He’s a throwback middle linebacker type guy.”

The Jets’ blockers will face quite a challenge on Sunday in Paul Brown Stadium,
