J.T. feels he needed the work

East Rutherford – While a lot of veterans played very little, or not at all, against Buffallo, Jets outside linebacker Jason Taylor refused to leave the game.

“Some guys got the rest, I played the whole game because I refused to come off,” said Taylor, who believed he needed the reps to help him in the playoffs.

Taylor was pleased with how the defense played.

“I think we rushed the passer pretty well,” Taylor said. “I thought we played the run pretty well. We had a lot of turnovers. If we can take that with us on the road next week, than I like our chances.”
