Keller’s intentions good, but quotes are debatable Dan Leberfeld
Dustin Keller is in Indianapolis promoting something, and had this to say about Santonio Holmes (hat tip New York Post) – “He’s a great guy in the locker room. I think pretty much everyone would consider him a good friend on the team. It’s just really uncharacteristic of him. We know that things can be settled, and he’ll be a huge piece for us next year.”
“Great guy in the locker room?”
“Everyone would consider him a good friend on the team?”
Keller is a terrific guy, and is trying to take the high road, but these quotes really aren’t steeped in reality.
