Mornhinweg on taking the blame for everything

Whenever the Jets are struggling on offense, their offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg, generally takes all the blame.

Why does he do that?

“If you don’t take responsibility, you’re not going to get better,” Mornhinweg said. “There’s a lot of deflection experts and you don’t get any better, period, you can’t. It’s almost impossible, if you can’t admit where you’re at and where you need to be and what it’s going to take to get there.”
