NFL must do something about M.I.A or it’s a double-standard #jets

Considering Rex Ryan was fined for two incidents, one involving flipping the bird (at an MMA event), and other using the f-word (towards a fan at a Jets game), the NFL must take action against M.I.A..

During Madonna’s haltime show at the Super Bowl last Sunday, singer M.I.A. flipped the bird on live television and mouthed the words, “I don’t give a (expletive).

Since Ryan was reprimanded twice for similar incidents, the NFL needs to step-up, and do something about the half-time fiasco. Somebody needs to pay a price.

And for a league that is constantly cracking down on it’s players and coaches for bad behavior, the NFL would be guilty of a double-standard if they do nothing about what M.I.A incident.

Granted the fine for the MMA incident was from the Jets not the league, surely if the Jets hadn’t done it, the NFL would have.
