Special Jets Draft Experience For Kids With Cancer

*As part of its commitment to supporting the fight against pediatric cancer, the New York Jets and Atlantic Health System are teaming up to provide children who are undergoing or have completed treatment at Goryeb Children’s Hospital with a special draft experience.

One patient at Goryeb Children’s Hospital, who cannot visit the Intrepid Museum due to treatment, will announce the team’s fourth-round selection, alongside Jets Legend Tony Richardson, by way of a VGo Robot. The VGo Robot allows children with extended illnesses, immune deficiencies and other challenges the ability to participate in social experiences remotely, from a hospital bed or home.

Additional children who are undergoing or have completed treatment will assist with announcing the Jets pick from Intrepid’s flight deck, where they will be joined by Jets Legend Marty Lyons.
