Nashville – Are Rex Ryan and the Jets brass’ willing to write off this season, or have a mediocre season, to develop Geno Smith on the job?

Some teams have done that in the past.

I asked Ryan that after the game if are willing to do this.

“The answer is ‘no,'” Ryan said.
