The New York Post’s Justin Terranova had a Q-and-A in today’s paper with the NFL Network’s Brian Baldinger.
One of the questions was about Mark Sanchez, and Baldinger, who does a lot of film study, doesn’t think Sanchez will ever be an elite quarterback.
“He’s a middle-of-the-pack guy and that’s when the running game is at its best, the defense is elite and the receivers are very good,” Baldinger told Terranova. “And I don’t think that’s going to change. I don’t think you need to look at another year of Sanchez playing quarterback. He’s not going to make that jump to the elite status.”
