Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie suffered a knee injury in the Jets’ Thursday practice. The announcement was made by ESPN’s Rich Cimini.
“CB Antonio Cromartie suffered non-contact knee injury today in practice, taken for MRI, per sources. ,” Cimini announced on Twitter.
Shortly after the tweet from Cimini, he announced on the ESPN New York website, “The MRI results showed otherwise (the knee injury is not serious), according to the source. Cromartie’s status for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers is uncertain.”
