Florham Park – Antonio Allen is battling for the starting safety spot next to Dawan Landry.
He’s competing with Jaiquawn Jarrett for the job.
And today, Allen made a major statement in practice.
He was outstanding, with an interception and several defensed passes.
We know Allen can play the run. He’s a very good box safety.
But his pass coverage was a question mark coming out of South Carolina.
If today’s practice is any indication, he has certain improved in that area.
