On Sunday, the Cleveland Browns came back from a 14-point deficit to beat the Baltimore Ravens, 33-31.
The Browns were without their starting left tackle Jedrick Wills, so they were playing with a backup blindside protector, and were not only without their starting right tackle (Jack Conklin), but also their backup right tackle (Dewand Jones).
However, even with all these O-Line issues, their QB Deshaun Watson, still helped them engineer the upset. He completed all 14 of his second-half passes and led the Browns on a winning field goal drive as time expired.
As Tony Dungy used to say, “No excuses, no explanations.”
In a results-based business, no matter what hand you’re dealt, you gotta find a way.
