Jets GM John Idzik claims to be a true believer in competition.
He has made that clear over and over.
“Competition is our mantra. It’s really a mindset with us. Competition will always be ongoing,” Idzik said on September 4. “No matter where you are on the roster, no matter who you are in the building. That’s what is going to get us better. So we’re going to continue to compete at every single position.”
