About an hour ago, Jeff McLane, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, tweeted, “I’m hearing CB Darelle Revis will be traded to the Bucs. Details just need to be ironed out.”
Shortly thereafter, he tweeted, “Clarifying my earlier Revis tweet: Nothing is done yet. But I’m hearing that Bucs are the likely landing spot. Don’t want to jump the gun.”
Where there is smoke, there is fire.
You get the sense that Tampa Bay has major interest in trading for Revis.
The Bucs have a lot of cap room, and a significant need at corner.
