Jets WR Jeremy Kerley suffered a serious left elbow injury against the New Orleans Saints on November 3.
He missed the Jets’ last game, against the Buffalo Bills, and will miss the team’s game in Baltimore.
Kerley says the injury was “the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I thought it was ripped.”
“It was ugly – a horrific looking injury,” Rex Ryan said. “There haven’t been a whole lot of receivers that have had this injury, like three in the last 10 years or something. He’s already way further along than I think what people were assuming.”
There is a decent chance that Kerley returns for the Jets-Dolphins game on December 1.
