The Jets have a week left of their off-season program, and Rex Ryan is ecstatic with how it went.
“One thing I’m proud of with this team,” said Ryan. “We challenged guys with ways to get better, whether by strength or looking at film. Our guys broke 29 strength and conditioning records this off-season. We had 100 percent attendence.”
They might not have 100 percent attendence at next week’s minicamp. There is a chance that center Nick Mangold might hold out over his contract. Mangold is scheduled to make 3.33 million in 2010.
