Management consultant Peter Drucker once famously said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”
And the Jets culture needs work, according to QB Aaron Rodgers.
“It’s about culture,” Rodgers said earlier this month. “Culture can win championships, chemistry wins championships. So we obviously need to fine-tune a couple of things, tighten some things up.”
They need to do a deep dive on how to fix this culture, perhaps with the help of Rodgers, who has a 148-75-1 and has won four NFL MVP awards. He knows what a winning culture looks like. They need to lean on him to help fix their culture.
Uniform combinations, PFF grades or Pro Bowl votes don’t help you win on Sunday.
You gotta always make the main thing the main thing.
