Jets offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg wasn’t happy with the play of the team’s offensive lines against Detroit.
“We had four holding calls, and eight offensive penalties, and we were beaten to the punch a couple of times (sacks and pressures),” Morhinweg said. “That bothers me just a little bit. We want to use our snap count as an offensive weapon, and we used it against us a couple of times.”
The New York-Jacksonville game is a huge preseason game for the Jets starting and backup offensive lines.
If they have another shaky outing, Jets GM John Idzik will likely going offensive line shopping.
