Jets pick Sheldon Richardson at 13 – let’s take a look Dan Leberfeld

When Missouri DT Sheldon Richardson was sitting on the board at 13, he was too good for the Jets to pass up.

He has the movement skills of a much smaller guy.

Guys 6-2 1/2, 294 pounds generally don’t change directions as effortlessly as Richardson.

Not only is he a freakish athlete for his size, he has a very good motor.

From a value standpoint, it’s hard to be critical of this pick.

John Idzik believes in sticking to his value board, and this pick is a perfect example of that.
