The Jets’ first possession in Tennessee ended with a pick by CB Alterraun Verner.
The Jets’ second possession ended with an incompletion over the middle to Santonio Holmes.
Holmes was wide open. This should have been an easy throw and catch, but Geno Smith was inaccurate on the play.
Perhaps over the course of this season, as Smith learns on the job, his accuracy will improve.
We shall see.
