Perhaps Mike Goodson, who is eligible to come off the NFL’s suspended list this week, could help the Jets in this area.
Goodson returned kicks during his first two NFL stops, with the Carolina Panthers and Oakland Raiders.
“He has a burst,” said Jets special teams coach Ben Kotwica. “He has some quickness. He has the vision to to see the holes. He looks explosive.”
