The NFL has instituted a new clear bag policy for fans attending games. This policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium and at all stadiums across the NFL.
Fans will be able to bring the following style and size bag, package, or container into the stadium:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.”
- Jets Season Ticket Holders have received one complimentary Jets clear tote bag per every two seats on their account enclosed in the 2013 Jets Yearbook mailing.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at all gates.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, seat cushions, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
