While the jury is out on whether Aaron Glenn will be a successful head coach with the Jets, if it doesn’t work out, it won’t be because he lacks leadership skills.
Watching the spring practice, it’s pretty apparent Glenn is a big-time leader, the kind of guy the Jets desperately need at this time in history.
Look, we have no idea how this is going to turn out. All I’m saying is that this guy has tremendous natural leadership ability.
In an uber-PC era, where so many people are walking on eggshells in leadership roles, fearful of being cancelled, this man doesn’t walk on eggshells. He is comfortable in his own skin and isn’t going to pander to anybody.
He tells it like it is to the players, his assistants, and the media in a way we have not seen around here in some time.
Look, we have no idea how the X’s and O’s part is going to go – just talking about the leadership part right now.
Watching Glenn operate throughout the spring, it’s quite obvious he is a true leader of men.
