Troy – The Jets had 11 penalties in their win in Detroit.
This is obviously way too many.
Penalties have been a problem all year.
Rex is running out of ideas on how to curtail this issue.
“We certainly aren’t happy with [11 penalties],” Ryan said. “We keep killing ourselves. We feel fortunate to win this thing. Those penalties, we gotta get corrected. It’s not like we’re not trying. The emphasis is there in practice. We’re probably the only team in the league that has officials at every single practice. We study the crews. We do everything. We just gotta get better, and when we do, we will be tough to beat.”
