Blowing smoke doesn’t help anybody.
Aaron Rodgers put the people at 1 Jets Drive on notice today.
“If you want to be a winning organization and put yourself in position to win championships and be competitive, everything that you do matters,” Rodgers said. “And the bulls— that has nothing to do with winning needs to get out of the building. So that’ll be the focus moving forward.”
So whether it’s worrying about what uniform combination the team will wear in a given week, or what a player’s PFF grade is, or asking players their favorite pizza topping walking out to the field, that stuff needs to go by the wayside.
“Anything in this building that we’re doing individually or collectively that has nothing to do with real winning needs to be assessed,” Rodgers said.
