This player will help Jets on the field/in the locker room

Not only is he a solid right tackle, but a player who can help the Jets’ cultural re-boot.

Morgan Moses will not only help the Jets on the field, but in the locker room.

After two years in Baltimore, he can share some cultural wisdom he learned with his Jets teammates.

“Obviously being in Baltimore for two years and being a part of a winning culture, being able to be a sponge and soak that in and bring that back to here is vital to the success of this team,” Moses told newyorkjets.com.

After the picture the “The Athletic” story painted, the Jets’ culture clearly needs to be fine-tuned.

And guys like Moses, and safety Chuck Clark, who both spent time with the Ravens, can help do that.

Baltimore has one of the best cultures in the league

Aaron Rodgers can also help. He knows a thing or two about winning (148-75-1 lifetime record as a starter).

Part of this cultural change is going to have to emanate from the locker room.

Think about what Moses was saying. He was with the Jets in 2021, and then was away the last two years in Baltimore, so has seen football culture from two different vantage points.

And he’d like to bring some of what he learned about culture in Baltimore to the Jets.

They should be all ears.
