Neil Glat, Brian Friedman, Mark Riccio and all the people on the Jets business side have a tough challenge – selling tickets in a rough economy.
And their jobs are being made tougher by the league’s own television, which is constantly ripping the Jets, hurting their brand.
The league office is always giving member clubs advice on how to sell tickets.
How about helping in another way.
Call off the dogs at their own network, at least until there is evidence of what kind of team the Jets are this season.
If they lose a lot of games, criticize them all you want. Then they will be fair game.
But now?
Everyone is undefeated right now.
