Viral throws from training camp are fun to watch on Twitter, but keep one thing in mind:
There are a lot of plays in-between those throws.
How is the player doing on all those throws?
He could be doing great.
But when evaluating a player, you’ve got to look at the entirety of his work, not just the viral highlights.
From practice and games.
Any NFL executive who makes personnel decisions based on player highlights likely isn’t going to last very long.
