I keep hearing the narrative – “Vick embracing backup role.”
Let me ask y’all a question – What choice does he have?
I would say a better word would be “accepting” backup roll, not “embracing” backup role.
“Embracing” connotes that he’s comfortable and totally on-board with the role.
I don’t think that is true.
He wants to start.
But he’s being a good sport, and dealing with the hand he’s been dealt.
