Earlier this week, the Jets signed free agent wide receiver David Nelson.
He is a 6-5, 215-pound product of the University of Florida, who spent the first three years of his career with the Buffalo Bills. He was in camp with the Cleveland Browns this summer.
“He is a big guy with great hands,” said Jets offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg. “He’s very bright. He has caught up pretty well. I’m very happy with David.”
