Jets finally get a wake-up Cole

Pittsburgh – The lack of playing time for cornerback Marquice Cole, up to this point, has been astonishing to me.

I know he was hurt the last few weeks, but I’m talking about before that, and last season.

The guy is smart (Northwestern graduate), has world class speed and consistently gets his hands on passes in practice.

Why would you bury a cat like this on the bench?

The Jets finally gave him a legitimate role in the secondary in Pittsburgh, and he broke up the Steelers’ final pass of the game, in the end zone, to secure the Jets victory.

Hey Jets, what took you so long to play this guy!
