After watching preseason tape of nose tackle Daniel Muir from Green Bay, Jets DC Mike Pettine is surprised he was released.
“Daniel Muir jumped off the tape when we looked at his Green Bay tape for the preseason,” Pettine said. “Here’s a guy that plays hard, plays with good technique and has a high motor. We were kind of surprised, looking at the tape, that he was available.”
