The Jets have signed placekicker Nick Novak. The announcement was made by NFP’s Aaron Wilson.
Novak was the UFL Special Teams Player of the Year in 2010.
Novak had stints in the NFL with the Washington Redskins and Arizona Cardinals previously.
The Jets’ kicker from last season, Nick Folk, who had a solid season, is a free agent.
