Kurt Warner was asked about the Jets-Chicago game during an appearance on the NFL Network.
“The Jets are going to put the ball in Mark Sanchez’s hands, and that’s what I’m worried about,” Warner said. “I’m worried that he cannot carry this football team against the Chicago Bears.”
Kurt, you need not worry. If Sanchez plays, they aren’t going to ask him to carry the team. They are going to try to win like they did last week – run the football, simple passing game with strong contributions from the defense and special teams.
