Woody Johnson was at a public appearance today, and was asked about the shoulder injury Mark Sanchez suffered against the Giants in the preseason.
“He’s an experienced guy,” Johnson told Gary Myers. “I wish he hadn’t gotten hurt, but you got to protect yourself, too.”
That is unfair, and probably asking too much of Sanchez.
Maybe the line should have blocked Marvin Austin better.
