There is no question the Jacksonville game being on the road was a factor in the Jets sticking with Mark Sanchez.
But keep this in mind – there will be a lot of Jets fans in EverBank Stadium on Sunday.
The state of Florida has a huge population of former New York and New Jersey residents.
Many people have moved down there for the great weather and lower taxes.
Jets-Dolphins games, at SunLife Stadium in Miami Gardens, generally have a large Jets fan contingent in the attendence, and it impacts the din of the crowd.
So even in Jacksonville, expect Greg McElroy chants.
And some for hometown product, Tim Tebow.
So this crowd might not be easy on Sanchez, either.
